Muller and today I’m going to teach you how to make baked chicken with mojo. This is the
time to use a little bit more mojo. Don’t buy your mojo really thick, I find the mojo
that are really thick don’t have the same flavors as the liquid thiner mojo. Notice
how this is starting to look like it is all coming together and I’m going to take my salt.
I’m just going to sprinkle a little bit in there, not much. Sea salt is my preference,
we are going to take season complete and put some in here. A spoon full, I usually don’t
measure my season complete I’m not going to lie to you. I’m going to blend it in some
more and really get it seasoned up. Get my fresh pepper and put a little bit in there.
Mix it some more and take my Spanish pepper and mix it some more. I’m going to flavor
it up now with that.
