Holiday Card Series 2019- Day 17 – Copic Colored Critters

  1. Cute card Kristina, I love the 2-color method you used, it's not only quicker but it seems easier once you choose the shadow direction. I haven't seen this method but would really like to try it, thanks so much!

  2. Snow day here in Connecticut. My granddaughter just walked in the room and was really impressed with your Copic skills. I told her that you were the one that got me started using Copics many, many years ago. I told her you are the "queen of Copic coloring". I love that I learn something new on every one of your videos.

  3. Super cute card Kristina. I love art impressions stamps too. I use the packaging example to shade and color my images too. It’s so helpful. Thank you for this great Christmas card series! I absolutely love it.

  4. A beautiful and sweet card! Art impressions makes the shadows look so easy to color. You don't have to blend it perfectly 😂

  5. Hi Kristina: I like watching your videos because you always remind me of a technique I forget, like adding the dashes around the circle. Thanks so much! Lee

  6. Lovely! You could also cut the snowflakes to not pass the circle so the circle looks like an ornament – that's his pretty thus card is to me!

  7. Kristina… I'm a huge fan. I REALLY enjoyed watching you do this card; however, I have to comment on YOU & your story. I caught the "interview/playtime" you did w/Simon Hurley & Rina Krupsky. It was great to hear your journey. Our paths may have "overlapped" somewhat (although not in person) yrs ago. We were BOTH with Stampin' Up! Amazing! Anyway, I so hope you are a surprize guest at the 5th annual B|M Anniversary party. I'd LOVE to meet you!!!

  8. I look at your coloring and am in ah! I new to copic coloring and really love watching you. This was really a special card.

  9. It was obvious to me, the first time I saw you create with watercolors, how talented an artist you are. I have learned how very gifted you are with Copic markers. Painting is an art form that has been well established, but coloring with markers seems very different to me. Your shading and highlights, in addition to how you gave added character to those animals, is just very cool. I love that you share so much of your work with all of us. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

  10. Te sigo hace varios años, siempre he admirado tu habilidad de combinar los colores, las sombras. La calidad de los materiales que utilizas. Feliz Navidad y todo el cariño desde Costa Rica 🇨🇷
